1. How long do I have to wait for the tracking info?

Processing of your order begins the day you purchase and takes up to 20 business days, NOT including weekends or holidays. Processing time is 12-20 business days, unless it’s stated different in description of garment. Once item is shipped, tracking information will be uploaded within 24 hours.

2. Will my order look exactly like the picture posted?

Yes and no. The overall look and feel will be the same, but patch placement and specific details will be different. No two items are exactly the same. Your custom piece will be yours and yours only.

3. Are your pockets and zippers functionable?

Yes. Every Pocket and Zipper can be used. Pockets open and close.

4. Will I receive a refund if my order does not fit?

No. All custom orders are made just for you and are final sale. Please be sure to read everything carefully and be specific with your measurements before placing your order.

5. Custom orders and custom measurements.

If you want something you see on the site, but prefer custom measurements, you can choose a size and add the measurements to the notes section of your order.
